Return and Refund Policy

At TandemPaws we want you and your dogs to love every walk. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or only lightly tested, with all its parts and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at brandscorehub@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different color is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
