We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen will display every color accurately. Product images may include styled or illustrative scenes. Please check the recommended dog weight before ordering.

3. Safe use

The TandemPaws double retractable leash is designed for walking two small dogs at the same time. Always check that both clips are securely attached to your dogs' collars or harnesses before each walk, use the lock buttons to control each cord, and do not exceed the recommended dog weight. Do not let the cords wrap around fingers, hands or legs, and always supervise your dogs during walks.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return and Refund Policy, which includes our 90-day money-back guarantee.

6. Accuracy of information
